Gao Zhendong (1879-1960), was born in Xiongxian, hebei province.
He studied Xing Yi from Cheng Zihe, Ma Yutang. He was one of the best master in the last centery.
In 1928, he was elected as the Director of Wudang School in the National Martial Art academy. He won the first place in the national martial art competition.
At that time, he was as famous as some other masters such as Sun Lutang, Yang Chengfu, Wang Ziping.
He had taught many students.
